Operations Manager for Amazon DSP

Full Time

Salary base

Starting $24/Hour during training >> Salary After training

We are currently searching for a full-time Operations Manager. The Ops Manager needs to be a true leader of people. An example. Someone who the team can rely on. This is not a “clock in and clock out” type of job. A successful leader must be ready to deal with whatever is thrown their way.

Must be flexible to take on tasks at home and on the fly

Extensive training includes gaining an initial understanding of entire operations, including learning the necessary skills to be a delivery associate then progressing to leadership duties training.

Requirements

• Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.)

• Able to get in and out of a van quickly throughout the day

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Able to Pass a drug test - They do not check for Marijuana

• Able to Pass a background check

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

• Must have a clean DMV Driving Record

• Prefer if you can have some weekend availability

Job Duties:

• Manage employees - including but not limited to:

• Respond to and resolve complaints and problems

• Monitor and provide performance feedback/reviews

• Disciplinary action/terminations

• Scheduling

• Dispatching duties

• Daily Operations

• Amazon communication

• Managing daily routes

• Solving driver on-road issues

• Monitoring driver performance

• Plan for Peak season readiness, including workload projections, staffing needs, etc

• Ability to pivot and juggle multiple priorities, you will be consistently leading the day-to-day operations of the delivery station to ensure we “deliver smiles” to every customer.

• Timecard Audits - Weekly audits of timecards to ensure team members appropriately clocking in and out daily.
